If you're looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating escape, this hotel is the perfect choice. Located close to the beautiful glacier, you can spend the day outdoors and then return to the comfort of your well-equipped room and luxurious bathroom. the service is truly outstanding from the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast to the relaxing spa facilities. the sauna area, the outside swimming pool, and the free shuttle bus contributed to an unforgettable experience.
The hotel could benefit from more soundproof rooms, as some reviews mention noise disturbances during dinner.

We had the most amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the spa facilities were top-notch and we loved the complimentary afternoon snacks. the location was perfect for us, close to the city center and with easy access to nearby attractions. We enjoyed the comfortable and clean room with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The room could use some updating and modernization. It felt a bit outdated compared to the lobby and spa areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. The mountains in the background were stunning to look at. The breakfast spread was quite flavorful, and the hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and convenient, given its proximity to the slopes.
The room was a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. The bathroom facilities were especially old-fashioned and not up to my standards.
